Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and AH Manipulator (“we”, “us”). By signing in, paying or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms for you. You must be allowed to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

2. What the service is

AH Manipulator is software that runs Minecraft accounts you provide on the DonutSMP server from our machines, and a dashboard to manage them. How the software works is confidential. We may change, improve, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.

3. No affiliation, third-party rules

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to DonutSMP, Mojang Studios or Microsoft. DonutSMP sets its own rules and may change its game, its economy or its rules, reset or remove items or money, or restrict, suspend or ban accounts at any time. Automated play may be against the rules of DonutSMP or other services. You use the service at your own risk. You alone are responsible for your Minecraft accounts and for following the rules that apply to them. We are not responsible for any ban, suspension, loss of items, in-game money or accounts.

4. Your accounts and proxies

You may only add Minecraft accounts that you own or are allowed to use, and proxies you are allowed to use. You sign your Minecraft account in on Microsoft’s own sign-in page; we never receive your Microsoft password. You are responsible for everything done with your accounts and for keeping your Discord account secure.

5. Results are not guaranteed

In-game markets change all the time. Any figures we show, including past results of our own bots, describe the past only and are not a promise or estimate of what you will make. You may make less than others, nothing, or lose in-game money. In-game money and items have no guaranteed real-world value.

6. Plans and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in Litecoin (LTC) at the exact amount shown when you pick a plan. Your plan starts when the payment is seen on the blockchain. A plan gives access for its stated time and ends automatically; your bots stop when it ends. Time is not paused for downtime, bans, server outages or time you do not use. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the exact address before the invoice expires, and for any network fees. Payments sent to a wrong address, in a wrong amount or after the invoice expired may be lost.

You must not: resell, share or sublicense the service or your access; copy, decompile, reverse engineer or try to find out how the service works; attack, overload, probe or interfere with our servers; use the service to break any law; or use it to harm other people. We may suspend or end your access without notice or refund if we believe you broke these Terms.

9. Capacity

We accept a limited number of customers and bots at a time. We may refuse or limit any purchase.

10. Service “as is”

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or results, to the fullest extent the law allows. The service may be interrupted, slow or unavailable, including because of DonutSMP, hosting providers or network problems.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of accounts, items, in-game money, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access, at any time. Sections 3, 5, 7, 10, 11 and 13 keep applying after your access ends.

13. Other terms

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and using the service after a change means you accept it. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.

Refund Policy

Short version: no refunds.

This includes, for example: bans, suspensions or restrictions of your Minecraft or Discord accounts; DonutSMP outages, updates, rule changes, economy resets or wipes; downtime of our service; low, no or negative results; unused plan time; a plan you bought by mistake; or changing your mind. Litecoin payments cannot be reversed. Please make sure the service is right for you before you buy, and start with a shorter plan if you are unsure.

Where a law that applies to you gives you a right that cannot be waived by agreement, this policy does not take that right away. Starting your plan begins the service right away, and you agree that the service starts immediately when your payment arrives.

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Discord: your Discord user ID, username and avatar, when you log in with Discord. We do not get your Discord email or password.
• Minecraft accounts: the account names and the sign-in tokens Microsoft issues after you sign in on Microsoft’s own page, so your bots can join the game. We never receive your Microsoft password.
• Proxies: the proxy details you enter.
• Bot data: what your bots do in the game and their in-game balances and items, to run the service and show your dashboard.
• Payments: the plan, the LTC amount, the time and the transaction ID. Litecoin payments are public on the blockchain. We do not collect card or bank details.
• Technical: IP addresses and request logs on our servers, kept for security and to fix problems.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics. Our pages load the Sora font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, run your bots, show your dashboard, process payments, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and meet legal duties.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the service: our server hosting provider, Discord (log in), Microsoft (Minecraft sign-in), the DonutSMP server (your bots play there), your proxy provider, and Google Fonts. We may share data if the law requires it. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

While you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for security, records of payments and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to get a copy of it, by contacting us on Discord. Depending on where you live you may have more rights, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Deleting your data ends your access to the service.

Security

Our servers only accept encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limit who can access them. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee that data is never lost or accessed without permission.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
